Agreement
As we are offering paid accounting services and all will be in the US Dollar. We will accept payment through credit card, debit card and paypal. You need to subscribe services and agree with the terms and condition of Primeaxle.
Services provided by Primeaxle:
We would like to tell you that we provide services like payroll management, bookkeeping services, tax management, invoicing, tracking miles and expenses, and etc. Also we will guide you to manage your business in a good manner.
Availability of product
All products that you looking at our website are available n our stock. It can be possible that some of them are not available due o high demand of our customers. However we arrange them as soon as possible and notify them once the product available in stock. You can replace and exchange the product after purchasing it. After purchasing the product If there will be any damage then we will not be taking any responsibility for that damage.
Liability Disclaimer
First of all you need to keep in mind that the maximum liability will be limited to the buying price of the product . We (Primeaxle) will not be taking any responsibility for the delay service, business loss, and any other damage to any customer.
Taxes
As per state laws we charge sales tax for the shipping of any order by us to any address.
Compensation
If any member will agree to reimburse and hold sure to claim its parent, partner, officers & employee, colleague, agent, and any contractor for any demand with reasonable lawyer fee and including use of 3rd party members’ Services, breaking of the agreement.
Complete agreement
All of the terms and conditions will be completed with the Primaxle invoice about the ordered product by the customers, and there will be a special agreement between the customer and Primeaxle, with every offer, warranty, condition, and all stand by.
